In Spring 2019 I participated in the Ecological Society of America Data Explorers Faculty Mentoring Network (part of QUBES: Quantitative Undergraduate Biology Education & Synthesis). I made modifications to two TIEE modules, converting the Excel analyses into R. 
  • Investigating human impacts on stream ecology: Intro to R **This activity was chosen as the QUBES ROW in late May, 2019**
  • Exploring the population dynamics of wintering bald eagles through long-term data using R

In Fall 2017 I was part of the QUBES Data Nuggets Faculty Mentoring Network. I published modifications of two Data Nuggets in class activities:
